Photography and colour
accuracy
|
|
I do try to make sure
the colours are accurately portrayed, however, glass
is notoriously difficult to photograph and dichroic
glass is doubly so. That being said, disapointment is
a rare occurrance as the glass viewed in person is always
more vibrant and crisp than expected from a photo. However,
the colour on your screen may be different to in person
simply due to the fact that our monitors are different
models and have been calibrated independantly. Your
satisfaction is very important to me, so If you are
not happy with the colour upon receipt, simply email
me for an exchange or a refund.

using a trackable method of post such as Recorded or

Warranty and Disclaimer
|
|
All of my pieces are
fully guaranteed. If one of my pieces is faulty I will
certainly replace it, but I cannot take responsibility
for breakages which occur through wear and tear, misuse
or mishandling. I recommend all pieces be cleaned with
a soft cloth and washing up liquid.
My pieces are made of
glass and as such should be handled with love and care.
While I have taken every care to anneal properly, it
is still possible that they could be damaged or cracked
under certain circumstances, for example sudden sharp
impact or dramatic temperature changes, or if not handled
properly. Glass can also become scratched if used as
a cutting surface, or if abrasive items such as crockery
or pottery are placed upon it.

Availability & Timescales:
|
|
The webstore is a new
adventure, and I'm learning how it works. Almost every
photo of every item shown in the store is the one you
will actually receive (as of right now, only the holiday
ornaments are generally listed). If for some reason
a piece you've bought turns out to be already sold,
I will make every effort to offer you some thing just
as fabulous and will email you photos of available pieces
to choose from.

Paypal Questions
What is PayPal?
PayPal is a third party payment processor which enables
online Credit and Debit card payments. It is a secure
system which has over 20 million registered users.
|
How do I use PayPal?
Add your items to the shopping basket then, when you
are ready, view basket and select the 'Secure Checkout'.
You will guided through placing your order by Paypal.
You do not have to be a registered PayPal user to pay
this way, however, if you wish to sign up to an account
there is an option to do this at the end of the checkout.
All orders are acknowledged by e-mail.
|
Is PayPal secure?
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information
in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure
Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key
length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Once your information reaches PayPal it resides on a
server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically.
PayPal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and
are not directly connected to the Internet, so your
private information is available only to authorised
computers. Only PayPal has access to your confidential
credit/debit card details.
