G Live is Guildford's new
contemporary, state-of-the-art entertainment and concert hall. The
Guild has been invited to showcase work in the light-filled, breath-taking
spacious foyer. Come see this this cool new space, and relax with
a cuppa or glass of wine, while you peruse a lovely selection of
kiln formed glass, jewellery, textile throws, designer scarves,
and entertaining wire pictures...all made locally by talented craftspeople.

will plenty of exhibitors selling gifts for you to purchase for
Christmas, and lots of Christmas activities.
Watch and be inspired by our Christmas demonstrations
such as Wreath making and table decorations. Allow the kids to be
entertained in our children's activity centre for half an hour.

This popular annual show is
perfectly timed for Christmas shopping. Over thirty members of The
Sussex Guild will be showing their work in Midhurst Rother College
- at Capron House and, a few yards away round the corner, in the
Memorial Hall. Amongst the many exciting and beautifully made items
for sale will be found glowing lustreware, delicately decorated
earthenware and a rich variety of exquisite glass. There will be
modern furniture, traditional Windsor chairs, wrought iron, patchwork
and appliqued quilts; in exotic colours will be silks, embroideries,
knitwear, felts and soft leathers beside sparkling jewellery and
pewterware. Highly-skilled designer-makers from Sussex and the adjoining
counties will provide a colourful feast of creativity to brighten
the dark days of winter. Midhurst is a delightful market town to
wander around, with its medieval buildings and cobbled streets.
There is a good selection of local cafes, pubs and restaurants for
refreshments and parking is free in the school entrance or, just
across the road, in the town car park.
