I'm a guest artist at John Evan's studio, showing with 6 other artists.

Suncroft is an Edwardian coach-house, near the sea-front and Worthing Town Centre, showing a superb mix of high-quality, contemporary art and crafts. The large garden is a pleasant place to take the weight of the trail off your feet for a few moments and contemplate the outdoor sculptures or maybe catch a raku firing demonstration. Many of those exhibiting in the house are professional artists or makers whose sought-after work can be seen in galleries and exhibitions across the country.

The Sussex Guild has held a show at historic Michelham Priory for forty years. To celebrate this special anniversary our Contemporary Craft Show will be even bigger and better this year. Selected guest exhibitors will join Sussex Guild members whose work will be sited in and around the Elizabethan Great Barn and in marquees in the grounds. Not only will visitors see examples of a wide range of beautiful craftwork but there will be demonstrations too, including a blacksmith's forge, a potter at his wheel and woodturning. You are invited to meet the makers, discuss and buy, or commission an individual piece of work. An added attraction this year is an exhibition of past Sussex Guild members' work, displayed in the main house.

The Cornwall Design Fair 2010 returns in 21-22 August, taking place at Trereife House. This fair offers a great opportunity to meet designers and buy exclusive craft and design products in the amazing surrounds of Trereife.

Contemporary Craft Show

This will be The Sussex Guild's 10th year at Pashley and the craft show will be situated in a large marquee in front of the Manor House. The show will feature about forty exhibitors who will be displaying work of the highest standard, with a number of members showing for the first time. There will also be Guest Exhibitors and some live craft demonstrations.

Work on display and for sale will include: textured kiln fired glass bowls, semi-abstract porcelain bird forms, embellished textiles, fine wood furniture, light reflective & iridescent lustreware, seamless felt vessels, enriched textured wall hangings, wax resist paintings on silk & wood engravings, bold & sculptural precious metal & gemstone jewellery, contemporary metalwork and wood turned bowls & hollow forms.

Light lunches and afternoon teas are served from the licensed Garden Room Cafe and visitors can enjoy their refreshments on the terrace overlooking the moat or in the Jubilee Courtyard. Pashley prides itself on providing, where possible, locally sourced and homemade food.

Make Christmas shopping an enjoyable experience at the Sussex Guild winter exhibition in Ditchling. This annual event provides a friendly, relaxed atmosphere in which visitors can meet the Guild designer makers, and also affords a chance to purchase unique and beautiful craftwork from the region's finest selected craftspeople. On show will be a stunning array of original artworks in wood, glass, ceramics, jewellery, textiles and other media.

The event will be held in three venues in Ditchling - in the Village Hall and in St Margaret's Primary School and in the beautiful and historic St Margaret's Church.

For the fifth year running, the historic Inner Close of Winchester Cathedral will host the Christmas Market. Inspired by traditional German Christmas Markets, it will be made up of 91 chalets festively decorated, selling inspiring, tasteful and beautiful gifts to please even the most discerning shopper.
I will be showing in the British Craft Village.
