Calm Waters: Teal glass with watery
tones. Opague light teal glass contrasts with translucent waves of mixed colours drifting across the horizon. I sandblasted this piece and then fire-polished it in the kiln, so the whole piece has a soft, relaxing matt glow. |

Autumn Leaves The glow of autumn light rests in this piece which combines warm colours outlining the leaf shapes, and softly intermixed colours for the background and leaves, giving a lovely soft texture. A light dusting of powdered glass on the surface and the outlines of fallen leaves suggests the transition to winter frosts, and gives a soft tactile finish. |
